About Us

How it Started

Specializing in the construction accounting industry was a natural decision for founder Bri DeLuciano, after 15 years in bookkeeping with businesses ranging from the smallest mom-and-pop companies to multi-million dollar firms.

Bri specialized in this industry because she recognized that construction business owners need help in many areas that generalized accounting professionals don’t know and can’t handle. Construction and real estate accounting, administration, and management have many challenges and issues that most other industries don’t see, but we know well.

Bri first began working with general and trade contractors, and quickly became passionate about the world of construction. Finding that many contractors do not have the availability in their budget for a full-time employee, she saw the need for a part-time role with a full-time presence in many construction related small businesses.

How It's Going

The passion for construction spilled over into real estate before long. After finding many parallels and discovering the connection between real estate and construction, and where they often meet in the middle in regard to development, becoming a Florida Licensed Realtor was the next evolutionary step for Bri and the expansion of Timber Bookkeeping. Understanding the complex world of real estate investment has allowed Timber Bookkeeping to serve it's clients in a whole new way.

Bridging the gap between these two, almost symbiotic industries, creates a more comprehensive support system, while truly understanding not only the needs of our clients, but the ins and outs of these ever-changing industries. At Timber Bookkeeping LLC we keep up with the latest news to protect our clients, leaving the guesswork out of it.
